TRAVEL BAG FOR VISTA & CRUZ STROLLERS
The Vista & Cruz Travel Bag reimagines an existing product through a new visual identity designed to stand out in an increasingly competitive market. As similar versions of the bag began appearing from competitors, the goal was to create a more distinctive and recognizable aesthetic while retaining the proven functionality and silhouette of the original design.
Inspired by Modern Travel
Drawing inspiration from modern luggage and luxury travel goods rather than traditional juvenile products, the updated design introduces a more elevated and intentional approach to the bag's aesthetics. Strategic material blocking creates a distinctive graphic shape across the front and side of the bag, adding visual interest and helping establish a recognizable appearance from multiple angles.
Building a Recognizable Identity
Custom branded webbing, inspired by details found across luxury goods, adds another layer of visual identity and refinement. Combined with thoughtful material and trim details throughout the bag, these elements were designed to create a more distinctive aesthetic and strengthen UPPAbaby's brand recognition both in public and online marketplaces. The resulting design was protected through a design patent to help distinguish it from competing products and imitations.
